Use Of SupplySafe

SupplySafe is a Shopify app for collecting, reviewing, publishing, and exporting product safety data for merchant workflows.

You may use SupplySafe to scan products, create metafields, create supplier requests, review supplier replies, publish approved data, and export records.

No Legal Advice

SupplySafe does not provide legal advice, certify products, guarantee GPSR compliance, or act as an EU Responsible Person.

Merchants are responsible for reviewing supplier data, deciding what to publish, and getting legal advice where needed.

Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for making sure supplier links are sent only to appropriate contacts.

You are responsible for checking supplier submissions before approval or publication.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of any data published to your Shopify store.

Supplier Submissions

Supplier magic links allow external contacts to submit product safety information without Shopify admin access.

Supplier replies become drafts for merchant review and should not be treated as approved until the merchant approves them.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify Billing when billing is enabled for a store.

Trial, partner, or setup stores may receive temporary plan access while SupplySafe is configured. Pricing and plan limits are shown in the app and may change with notice.

Availability

SupplySafe may be changed, improved, or temporarily unavailable while the product is maintained.

Preview access links can stop working if the app environment changes. Merchants should reopen SupplySafe from Shopify Admin when that happens.

Support

Support questions can be sent to support@supplysafe.app.

Merchants should include their myshopify.com store domain and the product, vendor, or workflow they were using when asking for help.
