What SupplySafe Supports
SupplySafe helps Shopify merchants collect, review, publish, and export GPSR product safety data.
Support covers app setup, catalog scans, metafields, supplier request links, supplier replies, review queues, CSV exports, report exports, and storefront display blocks.
Before Contacting Support
Please include your myshopify.com store domain, the product or vendor you were working on, and what happened right before the issue.
Screenshots are helpful, especially for setup, supplier forms, review queue actions, or theme editor questions.
If You Are New To SupplySafe
Open Start here first. It shows the first setup path and the next action for the store.
The normal order is: create GPSR metafields, scan the catalog, send one supplier link, apply the supplier reply as drafts, review, approve, publish, then export records.
If SupplySafe Asks For A Shop Domain
Use your store's myshopify.com domain, such as your-store.myshopify.com. Do not enter admin.shopify.com.
You can find the myshopify.com domain in Shopify Admin under Settings, then Domains.
If SupplySafe Does Not Open
Reopen SupplySafe from Shopify Admin under Apps, then SupplySafe.
If someone from SupplySafe gave you a preview link and it no longer loads, ask them for a fresh link.
Supplier Links
Supplier links do not require Shopify admin access.
Closed or expired supplier links intentionally stop accepting replies. Merchants can reopen or create a new request when needed.
